This webpage is presented by a private brazilian real estate investors. Our main business is focused in residencial real estate. Our luxury properties go from a range of luxury villas in Jurerê Internacional, Florianópolis to apartments in Balneário Camboriú and Itapema, Santa Catarina, Brazil. In some cases we are the builders, while in others we are exclusively investors.

We also, have been partners in a residencial company that has constructing residencials real estate in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, since early 2010.'s. Addictionally, we are silent investors in a commercial mall in a small city in the countryside of Santa Catarina.

As often as possible we try to meet with our clients and potential clients to talk about the properties we sell. Often we are able to fly to meet the clients. If it is not possible we have some great partners to meet with our clients in Europe, in Brazil or ourselves in the USA. You may find a list of our partners and its contacts on the bottom of this page.

Now we have diversified our investments and we have investments in Flórida, USA as well.

Over the past few years we have built in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. One neighboorhood we particularlly love is Jurerê International.

Jurerê International is an up scale neighborhood located in the northern island of Florianópolis. It is well known as one of the safest places to live in Brazil. In the neighboorhood tourist and residentes will find white sand beach, beach clubs, resorts and parties.The Reveillon here is a event per se. The neighboorhood is also, known in Brazil, as the Brazilian's Miami because of its lifestyle.

Die Nachbarschaft ist in Brasilien wegen ihres Lebensstils auch als das brasilianische Miami bekannt.
